My name is Sancha Man Rai and I was born in Bhutan. I spent most of my early years in Nepal as a refugee. With a growing interest in learning and helping others I graduated from Tribhuvan University in Nepal with a Bachelor's Degree majoring in English Literature and Geography and a Master's Degree in Sociology. I accumulated over 10 years of teaching and school administration experience in Nepal. When I moved to America my passion for helping others allowed me to work with the resettlement of refugees here in Pittsburgh. I worked for Governor Tom Wolf as an advisory commissioner for Asian American Affairs and as Chairman for the Board of Directors of the Bhutanese Community Association of Pittsburgh. Throughout my life I have enjoyed working with a variety of people from different nationalities and cultures. I speak multiple languages including English Nepali Hindi and Urdu. During my work here inPittsburgh I found that the people I work with and advise had a lot of questions involving real estate. With no professional in the field to turn to that could interpret the information I decided to pursue the answers to their questions.
